- Loan Application Data: Financial details, employment status, loan history, and transaction records necessary for processing your loan.
- Contact Information: With your permission, we may access your phone contacts. This helps verify your identity, assess creditworthiness, and reduce fraud risk.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system, IMEI, GAID, IP address, SIM information, installed apps (used for fraud detection), and Wi-Fi data.
- Location Data (Approximate): With consent, we collect your device’s approximate location to help detect suspicious activity and ensure regional service eligibility. We do not track precise GPS coordinates.
- Calendar Access: Used only to help remind you of your loan repayment due dates. No calendar events or personal content is accessed or stored.
- Camera Access: Required to capture KYC documents or selfies as part of the loan application and identity verification process.
- Marketing & Analytics SDKs: We use Firebase and Facebook SDKs to improve app performance, track usage patterns, and deliver personalized offers. These tools help us optimize user experience without collecting sensitive personal data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Process and manage loan applications and accounts.
- Communicate loan status, reminders, and updates.
- Personalize services and product offerings.
- Enhance security and detect fraud.
- Support collection and recovery of outstanding loans.
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations.
- Improve App performance and analyze usage.

3. Consent and Permissions
By using our App, you consent to the collection and use of your information. You may manage or revoke app permissions (e.g., location, calendar, camera) via your device settings. Disabling some permissions may limit App features.

8. Account Deletion
Deleting your account results in permanent loss of personal data, loan history, and services. Make sure there are no active loans or pending payments before requesting deletion. You can initiate deletion via the app help center or use the in-app data deletion link. We process deletion within 30 business days.
9. Use by Minors
CashHub is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is found, it will be deleted.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the App or third-party services. We are not responsible for failures or delays beyond our control.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy to comply with new laws or changes in practices. Continued use of our App after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
